The enemy attacked Lutsk with Shahed-type UAVs, hitting an industrial facility and damaging a high-rise building. There are no casualties, all city systems are operating normally.

Lutsk was attacked by Russian drones in the morning, there was a hit on an industrial facility and a fire from falling debris on another, and damage to a high-rise building, Roman Romaniuk, acting head of the Volyn Regional Military Administration, reported on Wednesday on Telegram, UNN writes.
At dawn, our region was attacked by enemy Shahed-type UAVs. As a result of the attack, we have a hit on an industrial facility in Lutsk and a fire from falling debris on another. Also, the balcony of an apartment building was damaged by fire.
"There was a hit on one of the industrial enterprises in Lutsk. Also, a Shahed fragment damaged an apartment building," the Lutsk City Council reported in turn.
According to the acting head of the Regional Military Administration, there is currently no information about casualties or injuries. "Life support systems are operating normally," Romaniuk said.
According to him, "all services are on site and are working to eliminate the hits."
Kateryna Shklioda, secretary of the Lutsk City Council and acting mayor of Lutsk, noted that "the fire in the high-rise building caused by the falling Shahed fragment has been extinguished. Work is ongoing to extinguish fires in warehouses. No information about casualties has been received."
