In the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region, the Rosgvardia has intensified its campaign to recruit local residents into its units. According to the National Resistance Center, the occupiers are paying special attention to recruiting people for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) units, UNN reports.

According to the NRC, the occupiers are placing special emphasis on recruiting people for UAV units, promising high salaries, benefits, and a "stable future."

At the same time, the occupation administration continues to increase economic pressure on the population. Due to delays in wage payments and a lack of jobs, many people are faced with a choice: either remain without a means of subsistence or agree to serve in the Russian security forces.

In contrast, recruiters, according to the NRC,  promise high salaries, social benefits, and a career in UAV units.

Potential recruits are told about "safe service" and prospects for professional development. Economic problems in the TOT (temporarily occupied territories) are used as a tool of pressure to find new candidates. After signing a contract, some of the recruits may be transferred to combat and assault units, which constantly require replenishment due to significant losses
