In the Rivne region, a Russian attack caused power outages in one of the districts, the head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Koval, reported on social media on Thursday, UNN writes.

"Another alarming morning in the Rivne region. Thanks to the work of our air defense forces, enemy aerial targets were shot down. At the same time, power outages occurred in the Sarny district. Power engineers are already working to restore the electricity supply as quickly as possible," Koval stated.
According to preliminary information, he said, there were no casualties.
