According to the Commander-in-Chief, during a working trip to the Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad agglomeration area, high activity of Russian troops was recorded. At the same time, Ukrainian forces were able to stop the enemy's offensive in several directions at once.

"The Pokrovsk direction remains the hottest along the entire 1200-kilometer length of the active front," Syrskyi noted.

He clarified that in the Hryshyne area, the occupiers were held back by units of the 32nd and 155th separate mechanized brigades, and near Myrnohrad, by the 79th Airmobile Brigade and the 14th Operational Assignment Brigade "Chervona Kalyna."

In total, over the past week, Ukrainian troops repelled 291 attacks by Russian forces in this direction.

During a meeting at the headquarters of the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov," the operational situation, the needs of the units, and the necessity of strengthening technical support were discussed. According to the Commander-in-Chief, the key emphasis is on weapons and equipment that allow for more effective destruction of the enemy.

Syrskyi also commended servicemen for successfully performing combat missions and presented awards, particularly in unmanned systems units.

He emphasized that the main tasks of the Ukrainian forces remain unchanged – deterring the enemy, inflicting losses on them, and preserving the lives of Ukrainian servicemen.
