against a 44-year-old woman on the fact of disseminating information about the movement and
location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, committed under martial law with the aim of
providing such information to a representative of a state that carries out armed aggression
against Ukraine (Part 3 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, since July 2022, an unemployed Kharkiv resident
has been helping the enemy. She collected and transmitted information about the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
and Ukrainian military equipment in Kharkiv.
Investigators also found out that she was leaking data on other
important facilities in the city. In particular, she passed information about the Coordination
Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War.
According to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office , the woman sent data via the messenger
"Telegram messenger to her former partner, who is now a member of the Wagner PMC and took
participated in hostilities against Ukraine during the battles for the city of Bakhmut
in Donetsk region.
Law enforcement detained the offender in June this year. She is currently
she is currently in custody. For her actions, she faces
faces eight to twelve years in prison.
