Russia said that the upcoming NATO military exercises in Finland near its borders increase the risks of potential military incidents and escalation of the hybrid war against Moscow.
In response to the upcoming NATO military exercises in Finland, Moscow said that this only increases the likelihood of a conflict between Russia and the Alliance. This was stated by Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova in a commentary to the Russian media, UNN reports .
