In Kharkiv, 9 injured from Russian KAB strike, energy workers wounded in the region

Russia continued aviation and drone strikes on Kharkiv and the region today. In the regional center, due to an enemy KAB strike, 9 people are reported injured. In Yuriivka, a Russian drone strike on an energy workers' vehicle injured 3 more workers, reported the head of the Kharkiv OVA, Oleh Syniehubov, and the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, on social media on Wednesday, writes UNN.

"The occupiers attacked with a KAB the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv. Preliminarily, the number of injured due to the enemy KAB shelling in the Kyivskyi district has increased to 7 people. Everyone is receiving assistance," wrote Syniehubov.

At the same time, according to Kharkiv Mayor Terekhov, as of 3:40 PM, "nine injured people are known."

According to Syniehubov, as a result of the KAB attack on the Kyivskyi district, a civilian administrative and production building was damaged in the city. A hangar and 7 cars were also damaged. 

Earlier, according to him, a strike by an enemy UAV was recorded in the Kyivskyi district. "A Russian drone hit the window of a high-rise building in the Kyivskyi district. There was no fire," he added.

Furthermore, the head of the OVA stated, another enemy UAV struck a high-rise building in the Kyivskyi district. "As a result of the impact, an apartment on the 6th floor caught fire. State Emergency Service units are eliminating the consequences of the attack," Syniehubov noted.

Also, according to the head of the OVA, "in the village of Yuriivka, Velykyi Burluk hromada, the enemy attacked an energy workers' vehicle with a drone. Three workers, aged 33 and two aged 52, suffered blast injuries. They are receiving medical assistance."

Update

According to data from the head of the OVA, over the past day, Kharkiv and 21 settlements in the Kharkiv region suffered enemy strikes. As a result of the shelling, two people were killed and 16 people were injured.
