Russian troops are trying to break through the defense in Donetsk region, especially in the Lyman, Toretsk and Pokrovsk directions. Fierce fighting continues, Ukrainian soldiers are holding back the enemy's onslaught.
The enemy tried to break through the occupied positions of Ukrainian defenders in the Lyman, Toretsk and Pokrovsk directions. Also, the districts of settlements of Sumy and Kharkiv regions were affected by Russian artillery shelling.

The enemy, despite the significant losses inflicted on him by Ukrainian defenders, continues to try to break through the defense: since the beginning of the day, there have been 75 combat clashes.
In the Lyman direction, the invading army carried out 11 attacks on Ukrainian positions in the areas of the settlements of Novoegorivka, Nove, Kolodyazi, Yampolivka and in the directions of Novomykhailivka, Torske.
In the Toretsk direction, the Russians tried to dislodge Ukrainian units from their positions in the areas of Dachne, Diliivka, Toretsk and Leonidivka, where the Defense Forces repelled seven assaults by Russian units, and three more clashes continued as of 16:00.
Since the beginning of the day, in the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy has made 29 attempts to push the Armed Forces of Ukraine from their occupied positions in the areas of the settlements of Sukha Balka, Kalynove, Udachne, Yelizavetivka, Lysivka, Kotlyarivka, Preobrazhenka, Andriivka, Bohdanivka. The Defense Forces are holding back the pressure and have already repelled 21 enemy attacks. Berestok and Pokrovsk came under enemy air strikes.
In the Siverskyi, Kramatorsk and Prydniprovskyi directions, the enemy did not conduct active offensive actions.
In the Novopavlivka direction, Ukrainian soldiers are repelling three attacks by the occupying army in the areas of the settlements of Rozlyv and Kostyantynopol, one attempt to storm our positions has already been stopped.
In the Huliaipol direction, our units repelled two attacks in the Pryvilny area.
In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders successfully stopped three enemy attacks in the direction of Shcherbaky and Kamyanske. Novopavlivka, Orikhiv and Novoandriivka were hit by KAB air strikes.
Today, the districts of the settlements of Prohody, Maryine, Myropilske, Velykyi Prikil, Petrushivka, Kucherivka of the Sumy region were affected by enemy artillery shelling from the territory of Russia; Klynova Novoselivka of the Kharkiv region.
In addition, the aviation of the terrorist country launched air strikes with guided air bombs on the areas of the settlements of Turya and Krasnopillya, Sumy region.
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy did not conduct active offensive actions, but launched air strikes on Berezivka, Kozacha Lopan and Dvorichansky.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units in the Pisky area twice, and fighting continues.
In the Kurakhove direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled nine attacks by the invaders, and six more clashes are ongoing. In addition, the enemy carried out 93 artillery shellings of our troops' positions and settlements, including 13 from multiple launch rocket systems, and launched five air strikes, dropping 11 guided bombs.
