Ukraine's power system remains balanced, importing 3039 MWh of electricity from 5 countries. The water level in ZNPP's cooling pond is 14.13 meters, which is sufficient for the plant's operation.

Ukraine's energy system remains balanced, with electricity imports from 5 countries planned, the Energy Ministry said on Thursday, UNN reports.

Details

"The power system is still balanced, with infrastructure damage complicating its functioning," the Energy Ministry said.

At the same time, consumers were urged to use electricity rationally, especially in the evening from 16:00 to 22:00. "This helps to maintain the system in a stable state," the agency emphasized.

Over the past day, power engineers restored power to 1,822 consumers who were cut off as a result of the hostilities.

Situation at ZNPP

"The water level in the cooling pond is 14.13 meters. This is enough to meet the needs of the plant," the Ministry of Energy said.

Import

For the current day, imports from Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, and Moldova are forecasted to total 3,039 MWh with a capacity of 217 MW.
