DIU Special Forces landed on Tendra Spit in the Black Sea at night: destroyed equipment and personnel of the occupiers

On August 6, DIU special forces conducted an operation on the Tendra Spit in the Black Sea. Enemy equipment, personnel, and fortifications were destroyed, and Ukrainian soldiers returned without losses.

On August 6 , the GUR's special forces  conducted an operation in the northern part  of the Black Sea.  Reconnaissance men landed on the Tendra Spit and destroyed Russian equipment, personnel and fortifications. This was reported on Wednesday by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, UNN reports. 

 On August 6, 2024, special forces of the Artan Active Action Unit and the Naval Center of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine conducted an operation in the northern part  of the Black Sea.  At night, a Special Forces landing group landed  on the Tendra Spit and destroyed enemy armored vehicles, including MT-LBs, an enemy electronic warfare system, and destroyed Russian fortifications

It is reported that during the battle, the Russian invaders suffered losses among their personnel - the exact number is being clarified.

 Having completed the task, including the secret part of it, the military scouts withdrew without losses, the DIU said. 

The intelligence service reminded that  is not the first successful active measure of the DIU special forces on the Russian-occupied Tendra Spit. These actions are only a part of the large-scale plan of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine, which is being implemented.

 Tendra Spit is a narrow island about 65 km long and up to 1.8 km wide. The spit is located in the northern part of the Black Sea, near the Ukrainian Crimea.
