Conveyor for "Young Heroes": Occupiers in TOT Prepare Ukrainian Children for the Russian Army – NRC

The occupiers continue the systematic militarization of Ukrainian youth in the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) of the Zaporizhzhia region. This is reported by the National Resistance Center (NRC) of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, UNN informs.

Details

It is noted that another group of schoolchildren was taken to the Russian city of Volgograd to the "Avangard" defense and sports camp for a session titled "Time of Young Heroes."

The camp program completely replicates soldier training—teenagers are taught drill, tactical, and military-applied training in conditions as close as possible to combat. Special attention is paid to modern technologies, teaching children the principles of drone piloting and skills that the Russian army actively uses at the front,

- the report says.

It is indicated that meetings are organized for the schoolchildren with participants of the "SMO" (Special Military Operation), who are presented as role models, imposing the idea that participation in the war against Ukraine is a "prestigious and honorable path."

The main goal of such centers is the ideological breaking of Ukrainian children, erasing the boundary between childhood and service, as well as creating a future personnel reserve for the occupation forces,

- the NRC concludes.

Recall

In Berdiansk, the occupiers involved more than 200 children in the production of hygiene products for the Russian army. The event was held at a children's health center.
