All passengers of the Sumy–Kyiv train, which was attacked by the enemy with a drone, were promptly evacuated and transported to continue their journey. There were no casualties; railway workers are minimizing deviations from the schedule.
All passengers of the Sumy train that the enemy attacked on its way to Kyiv were promptly taken to a location from which they continued their journey. This was reported by Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, according to UNN.

He recalled that in the morning, the Russians deliberately attacked the locomotive, and one of the carriages was damaged.
The train and locomotive crews promptly evacuated more than 250 passengers to a safe distance. Fortunately, there were no casualties. The threat of further strikes persisted in the area of the attack, and there was another hit. People were moved to shelters in time, where they remained until the threat had passed
He added that community transport was engaged to carry the passengers onward, while some people continued their journey independently.
"Railway workers are working to ensure that the deviation from the schedule on this section is minimal," the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration concluded.
