This is the starting year. From now on, support for Ukrainian culture will only grow every year. Thank you for such active participation in the program right at the start. The development of modern Ukrainian culture, support for our authors and projects, and the creation of new Ukrainian products are vital parts of our strength. It is especially valuable to see that even during a time of full-scale war, creative energy in Ukraine does not fade. I thank everyone who works to ensure the Ukrainian voice sounds even stronger through creativity

- artistic and substantive value;
- originality of the idea;

- feasibility of implementation;
- the team's experience in implementing similar projects.
Based on the evaluation results, a list of participants who will proceed to the next stage of the competition—pitching—will be formed. Final pitchings will take place from August 12 to 16. Participants will present their projects to experts and competition commissions, who will determine the winners of the program.
