On May 21, the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court will consider the defense's appeal against the preventive measure chosen for the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. This was reported by the HACC Appeals Chamber, according to UNN.
Details
The court hearing will take place on Thursday, May 21. It concerns the consideration of the defense counsel's appeal against the ruling of the HACC investigating judge dated May 14, 2026, which applied a preventive measure to the former head of the OP.
The court also urged media representatives to arrive early due to the limited number of seats in the courtroom. Separately, the HACC Appeals Chamber emphasized that photography, video recording, and live broadcasting of the court session are only possible after a corresponding court decision and permission from the presiding judge.
The mere fact of filing a motion, presence in the courtroom, or the open nature of the judicial process does not grant an automatic right to conduct a live broadcast
A motion for broadcasting can be submitted through the court registry, the court usher, or to the official email address of the HACC Appeals Chamber.
