In the coming hours and until the end of the day, thunderstorms, locally hail and strong wind gusts are expected in Chernivtsi, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Cherkasy and Odesa regions. Rescuers add that "Level I danger has been declared", i.e. - yellow.
