The mayor said that a meeting of the Kyiv Defense Council was held today. Together with the military, representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service, and law enforcement officers, they discussed ensuring the functioning of the capital amid the enemy’s constant devastating attacks.
