"On January 30, starting from 09:30, mass messages about the mining of their buildings began to arrive at the email addresses of state authorities, local self-government, educational institutions, enterprises, institutions and organizations, banking institutions, entertainment venues, and other facilities," the police said.

It is indicated that these are the following regions: Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, the city of Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv.
