First, the fire arrived from Jerusalem to Warsaw, after which it was handed over to believers for further transportation to Ukraine. It was met at the Ukrainian-Polish border by servicemen of the Volyn border detachment.
From the checkpoint, the shrine was delivered to the cathedral in Lutsk, and from there it went to other churches in the country and to the front line. The Holy Fire, which descended in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, will become a symbol of hope and spiritual unity for thousands of people

In addition, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi also congratulated Ukrainians on Easter and reminded them of the price of victory in the war. He emphasized the inevitable victory of life over death.
The Security Service of Ukraine also congratulated fellow citizens on the Easter holiday. They noted that Easter is about life, which always wins, even when strength seems exhausted, and hope is held only by faith within people.
