Ukraine and Estonia have agreed to open new bus routes on a non-parity basis for a period of 5 years. Ukrainian carriers will spend less time creating networks.

Ukraine does not introduce toll roads during martial law, but is preparing appropriate legislation. Various toll road models are considered, including a vignette system and attracting private investors.

The Reni International Automobile Checkpoint on the border with Moldova in Odesa Oblast has been reconstructed, allowing for joint control with Moldova and paving the way for the Green Corridor initiative to facilitate transit to the Romanian port of Galati.

Ukraine's Deputy Minister for Community Development said that his ministry has no official confirmation from Poland that Polish carriers plan to resume blocking border crossings on March 1 in protest.

Ukrainian officials emphasized that Ukraine has fulfilled its agreements to prevent blockades by Polish carriers and is working with the Polish authorities to ensure that carriers do not resume protests at the border.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine and a group of ministers arrived at the border with Poland for talks, but did not meet with Polish officials. Earlier, Zelenskyy instructed the government to be at the border with Poland by February 24. He also called on the president and prime minister of Poland to arrive there.

Representatives of Ukraine and Poland are negotiating with Polish carriers to stop the constant protests and border blockades that are damaging the economies of both countries.

Polish checkpoints on the border with Ukraine have been unblocked after the protests, but are not yet operating at full capacity.
