Zelenskyy: number of air defense missiles supplied by partners decreased threefold

The President of Ukraine said that the number of air defense missiles from partners had decreased threefold compared with 2025. He called for the acceleration of deliveries and the localization of production.
The number of air defense missiles in supplies from partners has decreased threefold compared with 2025, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported on Wednesday following a meeting with high-ranking military personnel and officials, reports UNN.
He listed three items discussed during the meeting with the military, the Ministry of Defense, and the teams of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, and the Office. Air defense was one of them.
They determined the order of additional steps to protect infrastructure facilities in Ukraine. This year, unfortunately, supplies of anti-ballistic missiles from partners have decreased significantly. The number of air defense missiles in supplies has decreased threefold compared with 2025
According to him, "this concerns not only the summer period, but all periods of the first half of 2026."
The partners have missiles. It is important that the necessary political decisions on supplies and the acceleration of production processes, including localization in Ukraine, are nevertheless made. This is something that can provide significant support not only to our country but also to the global protection of life
