The head of state emphasized that the Luxembourg Prime Minister’s visit on Ukraine’s Independence Day is a strong and necessary signal of support for our people, for each and every person who defends independence every day.
Zelenskyy and Frieden discussed the results of the Coalition of the Willing meeting and the main issues – how to ensure our country’s resilience this fall and winter.
The head of state described in detail the challenges requiring urgent action – army financing and the budget deficit. The President emphasized that it is important that Luxembourg is ready to help find solutions at the bilateral and multilateral levels in the European Union.
Zelenskyy also thanked Luxembourg for its readiness to help on the humanitarian front – with the reconstruction of university dormitories.
