Lawyer Ihor Fomin posted 5 million hryvnias for the former head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak. The total amount of bail posted currently stands at 58.8 million hryvnias.
Attorney Ihor Fomin reported that he has posted 5 million hryvnias in bail for his client, former Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak, UNN reports.

However, the defense attorney does not know the total amount of bail funds that have already been deposited.
Addendum
As UNN was informed by the HACC, as of 17:30, 58.8 million hryvnias have already been received in the accounts for the bail of the former Head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak.
Context
Earlier it was known that 54.8 million hryvnias in bail had already been posted for the former Head of the Office of the President. The origin of these funds must now be verified by financial monitoring.
On May 14, 2026, a HACC judge ordered detention for former Head of the OP Yermak with the possibility of 140 million UAH bail. SAPO prosecutors had requested the amount be set at 180 million hryvnias.
Following the court's decision, Yermak stated that he does not have the necessary amount to post bail and will file an appeal.
