The previous event in late April was disrupted after an armed man broke through a checkpoint and opened fire near the hall where the dinner was being held.
At that time, about 2,500 people were in the building, including U.S. President Donald Trump. The suspect in the attack was charged, among other things, with the attempted assassination of the president.
