The Ukrainian Defense Forces have likely been using at least a squadron of reusable "Horynych" bomber drones for a long time to strike protected targets of Russian troops. This is reported by Defense Express, writes UNN.

The basis for this conclusion was a published photo showing at least ten converted SkyRanger light aircraft equipped with OFAB-100-120 aerial bombs. According to the "Nikolaevsky Vanek" channel, these drones were used during the strike on a semi-underground logistics hub of Russian troops near the temporarily occupied Armyansk. It is noted that the operation was carried out by the Ukrainian Air Force, the Lazar Group of the NGU, and the 34th Venom Unmanned Systems Center of the State Special Communications Service.
As Defense Express notes, the "Horynych" drones are based on SkyRanger aircraft and have been in service since at least 2024. They are equipped with remote control systems, an optoelectronic station, and a bomb rack, allowing them to be used repeatedly, unlike kamikaze drones.
The publication also notes that the photo was likely taken in spring or autumn, as indicated by the vegetation and leafless trees. This may mean that a significant number of such drones have been in active use for a long time, and their use is systematic rather than episodic.
