President-elect Donald Trump arrived at the White House to discuss the transition of power with incumbent President Joe Biden. The meeting took place in the Oval Office after Trump's victory in the last election.

President-elect Donald Trump returned to the White House on Wednesday for the first time since winning last week's election and sat down for talks on the looming transition of power with longtime political rival President Joe Biden.
Trump's motorcade drove through the heavily guarded gates of the White House, and the former and future Republican president was met in the Oval Office by Biden, the Democrat who defeated him in the 2020 election.
Outside in the driveway to the White House, a huge crowd of reporters had gathered in anticipation of the big event.
Trump celebrated his victory earlier in the day with House Republicans, who stand a good chance of retaining control of the chamber as the results of the Nov. 5 election are in.
“Doesn't it feel good to win? It feels good to win. It's always nice to win,” Trump said. “The House did very well.
