Third Assault Brigade refutes Russian Federation's fake claim of full capture of Luhansk region
Kyiv • UNN
The brigade continues to hold positions near Nadiia and Novoiehorivka. In six months, the enemy has lost hundreds of soldiers and dozens of pieces of equipment here.

The Third Assault Brigade refutes Russian information about the capture of Luhansk region, as the brigade holds the last lines of defense in the region, UNN reports with reference to the Third Army Corps.
Symbolically, on April 1, the Russian Ministry of Defense once again announced the complete capture of the Luhansk region by its troops. In fact, Ukrainian forces remain on the territory of the region — units of the Third Assault Brigade.
According to the brigade, over six months, the enemy made 144 attempts at assault operations in the area of Nadiia and Novoyehorivka, including with the involvement of 19 units of motor vehicles and over 360 Russian soldiers. Of these, Russia's irreversible losses are: up to 260 personnel - "200" (killed), and 80+ - "300" (wounded).
In the mentioned settlements, as well as in Hrekivka, the brigade's forces are holding the defense — despite all Russian attempts to seize the region by military and "virtual" means through lies and fakes. We do not join the "congratulations" on the professional holiday of Russian propagandists — because we stand in defense of the last lines of defense of Luhansk region.
