The winner of the "Do It Yourself" contest scaled up the business of producing fast and healthy lunches
Mykola Malchenko, the winner of the "Do Your Own" contest from Dnipro, has scaled up his business of producing fast and healthy lunches. This is reported by the MHP-Gromada Charitable Foundation, UNN reports.
Details
Malchenko used the grant money to buy a refrigerator, a barbecue, a grill, and a rice cooker. The entrepreneur prepares healthy lunches using specially designed exclusive equipment that allows fresh filling to be "sealed" in 2 hearty flatbreads.
"Locals have already appreciated the lunchburgers (as Mykola calls his miracle snacks) for: the ability to create your own personal recipe (choose sauce, salad, meat, and other ingredients), ease of use (the filling does not fall out and the sauce does not leak), and speed of preparation," MHP-Community said.
Malchenko has no plans to stop there. The author of the project plans to create a network of establishments and launch a franchise in Ukrainian cities.
