A missile strike on Kyiv destroyed a plant and warehouses of the Ukrainian company UKRTAC. This was reported on July 19 by the development director Severion Dangadze on his Facebook page, reports UNN.

At the same time, he noted that all employees of the enterprise survived.

Tonight our enterprise experienced the greatest tragedy in its entire history. As a result of a direct missile hit, the UKRTAC plant and our warehouses were completely destroyed. You can lose buildings. You can lose equipment. You can lose property. But it is impossible to destroy the team, its experience, knowledge, character and faith

- Dangadze stated.

He emphasized that a difficult period lies ahead for the enterprise, but the team plans to resume work and rebuild production.

We do not give up. We will rebuild. We will continue to work and do everything to make UKRTAC even stronger

The company's development director, Severion Dangadze, also thanked the employees, partners, rescuers, and everyone who supports the company and offers help after the attack.

Context

UKRTAC is a Ukrainian company founded in 2022, which quickly scaled up production and became a notable supplier of armor protection and tactical equipment.

It positions itself as a manufacturer and supplier of personal protective equipment and tactical gear. Its range includes body armor, armor plates, ballistic panels, helmets, tactical clothing, medical equipment, and other gear.

At the same time, some products on the website are manufactured by other companies, so UKRTAC in some cases also acts as a seller or supplier of finished products and components.

According to the company, it began operations after Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, quickly launched production, and manufactured the first body armor. In 2022, UKRTAC reported transferring 1,424 body armor vests to the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

Since its founding, the company has significantly increased its revenues: about UAH 4.1 million in 2022, UAH 236.4 million in 2023, UAH 1.3 billion in 2024, and UAH 2.18 billion in 2025. Net profit for 2025, according to open data, amounted to about UAH 20.6 million.

The number of employees also grew: from approximately six in 2022–2023 to 41 in 2024 and 57 in 2025.

The company participates in public procurement. In particular, open data contains information about the procurement of UKRTAC products by the State Emergency Service. The amount of the completed procurement is about UAH 57.85 million.

On the night of July 19, the russian federation attacked Ukraine with 166 means of air attack. As of 08:30, hits of 23 missiles and 10 strike UAVs at 20 locations were recorded, as well as the fall of downed (debris) UAVs at 18 locations.
