"At least two civilians died: a 65-year-old man and another person whose details are being established. Injuries were sustained by a 41-year-old man and three women aged 22, 32, and 60. Assistance to the wounded was provided by police paramedics," the police stated.

As a result of the attack, 12 apartment buildings and 2 administrative buildings were damaged.

The type of weaponry is being determined. A pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings on the fact of a war crime (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

As reported by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, over the past day, Russians shelled populated areas of Donetsk region 45 times . On July 19, Russians killed 4 residents of Donetsk region: 2 each in Kramatorsk and Sloviansk. Another 13 people in the region were injured over the day, he stated.
