The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council denied information about the capture of Toretsk by Russian troops. The city remains under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. However, Russian subversive groups are trying to get there.

Russian troops have not yet entered Toretsk, a city under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. At the same time, some groups of the occupiers' subversive reconnaissance groups may be on the outskirts of the city. This was stated by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council Andriy Kovalenko, UNN reports .
