The Ministry of Justice has filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to impose sanctions on former Minister of Education and Science Dmytro Tabachnyk for conducting subversive activities against Ukraine, supporting Russian propaganda and participating in the creation of occupation administrations in Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.
The Ministry of Justice has filed a lawsuit with the HACC to impose sanctions on Dmytro Tabachnyk, the former Minister of Education and Science under Yanukovych. UNN reports with reference to the Ministry of Justice.
"On March 22, 2024, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to impose a sanction under paragraph 11 of part one of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Sanctions" against Dmytro Tabachnyk, a third party not claiming any independent claims: Alla Tabachnyk," the statement said.
It is noted that after the events of the Revolution of Dignity, the tobacconist left Ukraine and is currently in the temporarily occupied territories.
"tabachnyk d.v. was conducting subversive activities against Ukraine even before the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, in contact with a representative of the Russian special service," the statement said.
It is also reported that during the full-scale invasion, together with representatives of the highest authorities of the Russian Federation, he organized and coordinated the activities of the heads of the occupation administrations of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions in the field of health care, education, and preparation for referendums.
tabachnyk expresses his position in support of the key propaganda rhetoric of the aggressor country - the so-called "denazification of Ukraine" - and actively participates in the logistical support of the creation and functioning of the occupation administrations.
