The Telegram messenger has suffered a massive failure, with problems encountered, in particular, by users from Ukraine. This is evidenced by the data of the Downdetector service, UNN reports.

According to Downdetector, the Telegram outage affected Ukraine, Slovakia, the Netherlands, Italy, Thailand, the United States, and Russia. It is noted that users faced problems with the app and sending/receiving messages.
