The Ministry of Digital Transformation has updated the rules for registration and removal from the register of Starlink terminals for citizens and businesses. This was reported by the Diia press service, reports UNN.
We are updating the rules for Starlink users - for citizens and businesses. From now on, for verification, you must provide the KIT number and UTID, or one of these numbers. We are also adding new services for removing terminals from the register and obtaining information about registered devices
For legal entities - on the Diia portal
The service can be used by legal entities and separate subdivisions that have been registered in the USR for more than a year. Previously, more than one month was sufficient. To register a terminal, you must now provide the KIT number and UTID. If you have a Dish ID and Starlink account number, also add them.
For most companies, the limit of up to 10 Starlink terminals continues to apply. For critical enterprises, the restrictions do not apply. When submitting an application, you do not need to bring the terminal — the entire process takes place online on the Diia portal. The notice can be submitted by managers and signatories of legal entities listed in the USR.
For individuals and sole proprietors - at the ASC
For verification, you need to prepare the KIT number and UTID. If you have a Dish ID and account number, provide them when submitting your application. Now you need to show all the terminals you are registering. Previously, one device could be registered without physical presentation.
Foreigners who have a temporary or permanent residence permit in Ukraine will also be able to submit an application - through the ASC.
New services
Legal entities can now remove Starlink terminals from the register via the Diia portal. After removal, you can register another terminal. For individuals and sole proprietors, the same service is available through the ASC. Also, a new service has appeared for legal entities - obtaining an extract about registered Starlink terminals. The document will contain collected information about all the company's devices.
You can verify Starlink not only at ASCs. Use the service at Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta branches. To submit, you must also provide the KIT number and UTID, and the terminal must be shown to the branch employee.
Reminder
In Ukraine, registration of Starlink terminals via a "white list" is being launched in response to their use by Russians.
