A Russian strike damaged the protective shelter of the Hryhoriy Skovoroda Museum in the Kharkiv region; UNESCO has already been informed of the damage, the Ministry of Culture reported on social media on Saturday, UNN reports.

The consequences of the shelling are being documented.

"The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine has already informed UNESCO of the damage. In the near future, the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration will also send an official letter to the organization regarding the possibility of carrying out repair work and eliminating the consequences of the shelling by a contracting organization," the Ministry of Culture noted.
