The Russian Defense Ministry reported the interception of 5 drones over the Black Sea. In Kerch, according to local sources, a Pantsir-S1 air defense system could have been hit, and traffic on the Crimean bridge was temporarily suspended.
The Russian Defense Ministry said that on the night of August 16, five drones were "intercepted" by air defense over the Black Sea. Meanwhile, local publics write that a Pantsir-S1 surface-to-air missile system could have been hit in Kerch near Mount Mithridates. This was reported by UNN.

Russia's Defense Ministry said that over the Black Sea, air defense systems "intercepted" five drones and destroyed two unmanned boats "heading in the direction of the Crimean peninsula.
According to the Crimean Wind Telegram channel, a Pantsyr-S1 anti-aircraft gun and missile system could have been hit by a drone attack in Kerch near Mount Mithridates and is posting videos of the damage in the city.
Local residents reported a large number of shrapnel in the city, as well as traffic blockages on a number of streets
Traffic on the Crimean Bridge was stopped and resumed only in the morning.
Earlier UNN wrotethat local publics reported explosions and a fire in the Kerch region. The occupiers reported blocking the Crimean bridge.
