At around 00:58, the Air Force reported a missile flying through Chernihiv region toward Kyiv. Later, the military warned of several ballistic missiles heading toward the capital, as well as new launches.
At 01:06, the Air Force reported loitering munitions known as "Banderol" heading toward Pryluky, Brovary, and Kyiv. It also reported the movement of small cruise missiles toward Kyiv region.
A series of explosions rang out in Kyiv
The Air Force reported a series of explosions in the capital. According to monitoring channels, the missile launches were carried out from the Kursk and Bryansk regions.
The Kyiv City Military Administration urged Kyiv residents to remain in shelters due to the threat of ballistic weapons.
