"This is the true face of Russia. This is Putin's real response to all peacekeeping missions and proposals. In Kyiv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Sloviansk and Kramatorsk, Russians shot at civilians in broad daylight. As of now, there are at least 27 dead and more than 100 wounded in Ukraine. These numbers could still rise. This barbaric attack once again calls on the entire world, all leaders and countries to supply Ukraine with additional air defense systems and ammunition as soon as possible. Additional patriots and weapons. I urge our partners to make decisions immediately," he wrote.

He called on all countries and international organizations to strongly condemn today's attack, to take immediate steps to strengthen Ukraine's air defense capabilities, and to refuse any appeasement of the killers of children and other civilians.
