A bilateral meeting between Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and Chinese leader Xi Jinping will take place at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit. This was reported by the Russian dictator’s aide, Yuri Ushakov, as reported by UNN, citing Russian media.
