Harry recalled that at the end of 2019, he and Meghan spent six weeks in Canada before their final move to the United States in 2020.

Harry also recalled his experience after the loss of his mother

According to the duke, he had become so accustomed to constant tension that after the move he found it difficult to cope with ordinary everyday life.

I fell into depression for about 2 weeks and felt that I could not function properly without adrenaline
