Vladyslav Kosinyak-Kamysh commented on the current situation on the Ukrainian front. He clearly stated that for us, "the end of the war means only the victory of Ukraine". "Any other case is still a direct threat of war for Poland," he emphasized.
The head of the Polish Defense Ministry expressed satisfaction with the fact that the equipment is arriving in Ukraine, but also admitted that there is no breakthrough, and the risk of disaster is increasing before the fall and winter due to the large-scale destruction of critical infrastructure.
"This raises the issue of Poland's security and the security of Europe," he added.
In the same context, the head of the Polish Peasant Party (PSL) noted that "Poland supports Ukraine as much as it can, although not everything is perfect in our relations due to unresolved historical issues," the publication points out. "In his opinion, realpolitik should deliver an ultimatum. Ukraine will not join the European Union unless the Volyn issue is resolved," the newspaper notes.
