Occupiers in Luhansk to "nationalize" 8,000 apartments under new rules - RMA

In occupied Luhansk, approximately 8,000 apartments are subject to the occupiers' so-called "nationalization." This is reported by UNN with reference to the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.

Details

The occupiers and collaborators give apartment owners 30 days to resolve the issue in their own favor.

According to new regulations that came into force in March, housing is considered ownerless if data about it is missing from the Russian register (Rosreestr). An apartment can also be seized for unpaid utility bills over the course of a year. Additionally, it can be seized for the owner's absence from the premises for three consecutive months

- the statement from the Regional Military Administration reads.

Recall

The head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Oleksii Kharchenko, reported that the Russians have intensified the mobilization of the population of occupied Luhansk into the ranks of their armed forces. The occupiers are paying special attention to individuals under the age of 30, whom they potentially intend to throw into "meat assaults."
