The Russian army launched 236 strike drones at Ukraine on the night of June 7, with hits recorded at 13 locations, UNN reports, citing the Air Force.

On the night of June 7 (from 18:00 on June 6), the enemy attacked with 236 strike UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, and Italmas types, as well as "Parody"-type decoy drones from the directions of Bryansk, Kursk, Millerovo, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – RF; the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk region; and Chauda in the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea 

- the report states.

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

According to preliminary data as of 08:30, air defense shot down/suppressed 215 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, and Italmas types, as well as other types of drones in the north, south, and east of the country. Hits by 17 strike UAVs were recorded at 13 locations, and the falling of downed drones (debris) was recorded at 9 locations - the report states. 

The Air Force added that the attack is ongoing, with several enemy UAVs still in the airspace. 

The enemy launched nearly 10,000 drones and carried out 223 attacks over the past day, pressing actively in two directions - General Staff07.06.26, 08:33 • 1834 views
