The IAEA reported the death of a driver following a drone strike on a transport workshop near the ZNPP. The agency's team on-site will investigate this incident.

At the Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP, the IAEA was informed of the death of a driver near the plant site as a result of a drone strike, as reported by the IAEA on Monday on X, UNN writes.

"The IAEA received a report from the Zaporizhzhia NPP that a driver was killed this morning following a drone strike at its transport workshop near the plant site," the IAEA reported.
IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi, as stated, "reiterates that strikes on or near nuclear power plants can threaten nuclear safety and must not occur."
"The IAEA team on site will investigate the incident and continue to monitor the situation," the statement reads.
