He also noted the effective work of law enforcement officers.
"The police, KORD did a very high-quality job today. You can't even imagine how difficult the conditions were in which they worked and prevented a larger number of victims," Kovalenko said.

On April 18, an unknown person opened fire on people in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv. Six people are currently known to have died.
