"The motion is partially granted. To apply a measure of restraint in the form of detention until May 31, 2024. At the same time, to set bail for the suspect Shil Artem in the amount of UAH 30 million, which can be paid by the suspect or another individual or legal entity," the HACC judge said.
The prosecutor requested bail in the amount of UAH 50 million.
