A massive Russian attack is ongoing in Kyiv. In the Podilskyi district, structural damage to a multi-story residential building has been recorded, and people may be trapped under the rubble. This was reported by the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, according to UNN.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported power supply interruptions in the Podilskyi, Obolonskyi, and Sviatoshynskyi districts of the capital. According to preliminary data, debris from downed targets fell onto the roof of a nine-story residential building, where a fire broke out and windows were damaged.
In Obolon, cars caught fire due to falling missile debris. Fires were also recorded at two addresses in open areas, including near a kindergarten.
