In Kyiv, police held a 52-year-old local resident accountable after he went for a yacht ride in Sobache Hyrlo Bay on the Dnipro during martial law. The Kyiv police reported this, UNN writes.

Law enforcement officers learned about the violation from social media, where Kyiv-based Telegram channels shared a video of a group of girls relaxing on a yacht within Sobache Hyrlo Bay.
Police reminded the public that, during martial law, the movement of all vessels on certain sections of the Dnipro and its tributaries within Kyiv is prohibited. In some cases, sailing is possible only with the relevant permit issued by the Kyiv City Military Administration.
After the video was circulated, officers of the capital's river police department established the identity of the vessel's operator. He turned out to be a 52-year-old Kyiv resident.
Law enforcement officers held an explanatory conversation with the man and issued a ruling against him under Part 1 of Article 117 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. This article provides for a fine.
