HACCU Appeals Chamber lifts arrest from bank account of Tetiana Krupa's son

The HACCU Appeals Chamber has canceled the seizure of Tetiana Krupa's son's bank account at Oschadbank. The account was used to receive salaries and profits from solar power plants.
The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court has canceled the arrest imposed on the bank account of Oleksandr, the son of Tetiana Krupa, head of the Khmelnytsky State Medical Examination Commission, who is suspected of illegally enriching herself by millions of dollars, in the amount of 700 thousand hryvnias. This was reported by Suspilne, according to UNN.

During the hearing, the lawyer stated that Oleksandr used the bank account to receive his salary. Approximately 900 thousand hryvnias from 2022 to 2024.
“In addition, he owns a number of solar power plants, thanks to which he makes a profit at the “green tariff” in the amount of about UAH 800 thousand,” the lawyer said.
At the same time, the prosecutor emphasized that the funds in the account were material evidence, so there were all the grounds for seizure. He did not deny that the salary was also credited there.
“The court upheld the appeal of the defense of Oleksandr Krupa and canceled the seizure of this account,” the publication notes.

On October 4 , it became knownthat an official of the MSEC and her son, the head of the Pension Fund of Ukraine's regional office in Khmelnytsky region, were exposed for illegally enriching themselves by millions of dollars.
On October 7, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv imposed a preventive measure on Tatiana Krupa in the form of detention until December 3 with the possibility of bail in the amount of UAH 500 million 1528. Her lawyer, Anzhelika Moiseeva, filed an appeal against the decision of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv.
Currently, Tetiana Krupa, whose family owns 30 properties in Khmelnytskyi, Lviv and Kyiv and has real estate abroad in Austria, Spain and Turkey, is being held in a regular cell in the Kyiv pre-trial detention center for four people.
