Germany summons Russian ambassador over threats to drone manufacturers for Ukraine

The German Foreign Ministry protested Russia's intimidation of European companies. Berlin called Moscow's actions an unacceptable attempt to undermine support for Ukraine.

The German Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the Russian ambassador to protest against the Russian Ministry of Defense's intimidation of drone manufacturers for Ukraine in European countries. This is stated in the German Foreign Ministry's message on the X social network, UNN reports.

It is noted that Russia's direct threats against targets in Germany "are an attempt to weaken our support for Ukraine and test our unity."
We will not be intimidated. Such threats and all kinds of espionage activities in Germany are absolutely unacceptable. Today, the Russian ambassador was summoned on this occasion.

On April 17, the Czech Republic summoned the Russian ambassador for explanations after Moscow's veiled threats to a number of European countries regarding joint drone production enterprises with Ukraine.
