The High Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of procedural duties for former Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov. This decision will be valid for two months, but not longer than the pre-trial investigation period.

Former Deputy Prime Minister Chernyshov's term of duties extended for another two months

The term of duties for former Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov has been extended. This is reported by UNN with reference to the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine.

Details

The investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of procedural duties for the former Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine for two months, but within the period of the pre-trial investigation.

According to the court's decision, the suspect is obliged to:

  • appear at every request of the detective, prosecutor, or court;
    • notify the detective, prosecutor, or court of any change in his place of residence and/or place of work;
      • not leave the territory of Ukraine without the permission of the investigator, prosecutor, or court;
        • refrain from communicating with the persons specified in the court's ruling.

          The ruling enters into force from the moment of its announcement and is not subject to separate appeal

          Recall

          NABU and SAP documented how members of a criminal organization transferred funds to former Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov. In total, the transfer of 1.2 million US dollars and almost 100 thousand euros in cash was recorded.

          Subsequently, former Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov was notified of suspicion of illicit enrichment.

          In November 2025, the High Anti-Corruption Court chose a pre-trial detention measure for ex-Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov in the form of detention for two months. The bail amount is 51.6 million hryvnias.

          Later, Chernyshov appealed the HACC's decision regarding the pre-trial detention measure.
